Third-Party Background checks of resources are available and provided to the client prior to the commencement.
  5. Industry Relationships. Often times as a program is built and maintained, new hardware and/or software is often needed. Gilliam Security maintains agreements with third parties to provide software and hardware to clients at prices often below retail that have been negotiated already.
  6. Pay for what you use. A fractional resource is even better than a 1099 contractor. As a fractional resource, an organization is only billed for the hours worked directly for an organization.
  7. Neutral politically. Hiring a resource often introduces politics due to fear of retaliation or personal motives. As a third-party, the fractional resource has no motives or relationships that would sway his or her opinion one way or another.
